But while this is right, there is a work, as yet untouched, that must be done.
The mission of Christ was to heal the sick, encourage the hopeless, bind up the broken-hearted.
This work of restoration is to be carried on among the needy, suffering ones of humanity.
God calls not only for your benevolence, but your cheerful countenance, your hopeful words, the grasp of your hand CME 22.5.
This years lessons are centred around stewardship, educating for eternity, drug abuse and digital ministry.
It is our hope that the lessons will help both the young and old to grow spiritually as well as physically in terms of wellness.

If you do not have a close friend or relative affected by this issue, one may not realize its prevalence.
It is easy to disregard the issue and throw it to the periphery.
This can be a denial of reality or being under a strong delusion.Globally, around 275 million people used drugs worldwide in the last year, while over 36 million people suffered from drug use disorders (2021 World Drug Report, UNODC).
The problem has been increasing at alarming rates, especially among young adults under the age of 30 and Adventists are not safe.In the highest sense the work of Education and the work of redemption are one.Education can be taken narrowly or lowly, focusing mainly on what the secular curriculum can give.
There is need of a broader scope, a higher focus.Jesus, master teacher, (Rabbi) admonished his listeners “Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to external life...” John 6:27 -29 (NIV)In view of the lesson topic ‘Educating for eternity in the context of ‘I work for God’ we will trace the original/source of Adventist education, its philosophy, destiny and rewards.
We will also focus on the key concepts emerging from the Holy Writ.
